How Can I Cancel, Refund Or Change My Order?

*FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)

Due to the number of orders we receive, we CANNOT CANCEL, REVERSE or modify your order for any reason. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will NOT REFUND THIS ORDER. You may contact USPS for REDELIVERY.

How do I place an Order?

You may purchase only online through our website. We cannot confirm if you are receiving authentic product from any other site but our own.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order. However, to keep track of your order details we do recommend having one!

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information. You may also login to your account for tracking details.

My Item Is Broken. How Can I Return a Product?

We do not accept returns. IF the product arrived damaged: 

You must email us within 2 days of delivery with photos of damaged item still in package, file a CLAIM with USPS immediately and provide claim #

We will THEN reship the item at OUR discretion.

Shipping Information

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

You will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.   After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from nutrithick.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. NutriThick does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally, and fees are unfortunately more expensive because of the weight and distance of your package.

The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tariffs after the package has been accepted there.  We are not responsible for these additional costs.  The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment.

Please allow up to 12 business days for your delivery.
