Shipping Information

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

You will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.   After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from nutrithick.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. NutriThick does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally, and fees are unfortunately more expensive because of the weight and distance of your package.

The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tariffs after the package has been accepted there.  We are not responsible for these additional costs.  The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment.

Please allow up to 12 business days for your delivery.

How To Use 

How Many times per day do I use?

The manufacturer recommends to take a dosage of 10ml, 3 times per day. It’s best to take 15-30 minutes before eating large meals.

What are the ingredients and side effects of Apetamin?

The manufacturer has a composition of the following:

Each 5ml contains:

  • Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride
  • L-Lysine Hydrochloride
  • Thiamine Hydrochloride
  • Pyridoxine
  • Hydrochloride
  • Nicotinamide
  • Dexpanthenol

The most common side effect is weight gain. You may also experience extreme drowsiness or sleepiness for the first 2-3 days. This is common and will stop after consistent use for 2-3 days. We recommend consulting with your primary care physician before taking if you have questions.

If you experience headaches, nausea, diarrhea, pain, or anything similar please consult with your doctor immediately.

Can men take this supplement?

Yes men can take Apetamin, and it is also safe for children. Always consult the a physician before consuming if you are under the age of 18.

I’m not gaining, what am I doing wrong?

If you are not experiencing weight gain while taking this syrup, please make sure you are following the recommended dosage.

You may also increase your dosage to 15ml, twice a day.

Try to be sure to include high protein foods and make sure you are consuming at least 200-3000 calories per day.

Lastly, make sure your bottle has not expired.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information. You may also login to your account for tracking details.

How Can I Return a Product?

We do not accept returns UNLESS the product arrived damaged. 

You must email us within 2 days of delivery with photos of damaged item still in package, we will issue you store credit and you can repurchase the item if desired.

Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return. Please Note that we can only reimburse you a maximum of $10.00 USD for shipping fees.
